Future Enhancements to the Prayer Garden
In general, all enhancements (or modifications) to the Prayer Garden must comply with the
following:

Cannon Law
•
Guidelines established by the Diocese of Santa Rosa
•
Local government rules and regulations
•
The "Use" Permit for the Prayer Garden
•
Safety considerations
•
Common sense
•
Insurance policies
In addition, all changes should take into consideration the following:
•
The wishes of our parish community
•
The goodwill of our neighbors
•
The physical restrictions resulting from the location of utility lines, and the location of
permanent fixtures such as sidewalks
•
Environmental effects
•
Maintenance costs
Prayer Garden Development Committee
•
Committee is responsible for reviewing suggestions for future enhancements to the Prayer
Garden
•
Any parishioner can make recommendations for enhancements
•
Committee members should represent a broad spectrum of members of the parish
•
Pastor appoints members
•
Pastor must approve all changes to the Prayer Garden
•
Issuing construction contracts and the purchase of needed "items" shall be the responsibility of
a Project Manager who may or may not be a member of the Development Committee
