MCAVHN Services
Drop-In Center
•
Monthly socials for HIV, HCV and ROSOC program clients.
•
Crisis counseling and benefits education counseling for outreach clients on a
drop-in basis.
•
Education and referral for newly diagnosed HIV and HCV positive individuals.
•
Referrals for counseling and testing.
•
Referrals to medical and behavioral health providers.
•
Community garden.
Our Drop-In Center is located at 148 Clara Avenue, Ukiah, CA (map) and is open 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on
Tuesday.
Outreach to Those at Risk

Harm reduction, education and support counseling.
•
Syringe exchange services
•
Satellite exchangers trained to work in communities that do not utilize face-to-
face contacts with agency staff.
•
Counseling and testing for HVC and HIV in the office and the field.
•
Referrals and resources for positives.
•
Overdose prevention education.
•
Wound care information and products.
•
Narcan (naloxone) and overdose prevention training provided for opiate users
